Platform agreement

You confirm that you hold any qualifications required for the work you carry out — including a valid Gas Safe registration for gas work and a valid NICEIC or NAPIT registration for electrical work — and that you will keep these credentials current for as long as you accept jobs through Tickover.

You agree to upload updated documents when credentials are renewed, and to stop accepting jobs in a category if your qualification in that area lapses.

You confirm that you hold public liability insurance with a minimum indemnity limit of £2,000,000 covering all work carried out through Tickover, and that this cover is currently in force.

You agree to keep this insurance continuously current for as long as you accept jobs through the platform, and to notify Tickover promptly if cover lapses or changes.

You agree to carry out all jobs to a professional standard, in line with Tickover's service standards, and to treat homeowners and their properties with care and respect.

You agree to communicate honestly and promptly with homeowners, to turn up when agreed, and to complete work in line with your quote.

You confirm that all information you provide — including your qualifications, credentials and work history — is accurate and up to date.

Tickover may verify your credentials at any time and may suspend or remove your account if information you have provided is found to be inaccurate or if you are unable to demonstrate compliance with this agreement.
